The displayed item price includes a markup over the converted seller price. Add shipping, a 15% service fee on (displayed item price + shipping), and the optional quality check, normally $5 per item and selected by default. The final total is shown before payment. For example: displayed item $35 + shipping $20 + service $8.25 + QC $5 = $68.25.

Typical delivery is 10-21 calendar days from order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are usually estimated at up to 4 weeks; custom work, production delays, Chinese holidays, or customs can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. The door-to-door estimate includes seller processing, the quality check in China if selected, and international transit with tracking.

Many Taobao cosplay costumes are made to order, meaning the seller cuts and sews your size after you buy rather than shipping from a shelf. Production time varies a lot from one maker to the next, and Chinese public holidays (Chinese New Year, Golden Week) can add to it, so there's no fixed ship-out date we can promise on a made-to-order piece. From order confirmation, estimate 10-21 calendar days for a piece that ships from stock and usually up to 4 weeks for a made-to-order one; custom work or delays can take longer. If a seller is slow, we chase them for you and keep you posted on Discord.
