Typical delivery is 10-21 calendar days from order confirmation. Made-to-order pieces are usually estimated at up to 4 weeks; custom work, production delays, Chinese holidays, or customs can take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees. We strongly recommend referring to the detailed size chart provided on the product page. Please measure yourself carefully and compare against the chart, as cosplay sizing can differ from standard apparel.
What is your return policy for the Ace desert outfit?
All sales are final once sourcing has begun. Because we buy your specific item from a third-party Taobao seller on your behalf, and many items are made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns after the order is placed with the seller. If selected, the quality check in China helps catch faults before shipment. If a genuine fault gets past the quality check, a wrong or damaged item that we missed, contact us promptly with photos and we will work with you in good faith to make it right. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
