Bleach cosplay is well stocked on Taobao and easy to search badly. The series is sold there under its Chinese title, 死神, which is also the everyday word for the Grim Reaper. When we ran the plain series search on October 1, 2026, 27 of the first 40 results were Halloween reaper cloaks and 12 were Bleach.
Character names in English, even in full, give uneven results, so the reliable routes are a pasted listing link or the character's Chinese name, such as 黑崎一护 for Ichigo Kurosaki. Below is what is listed, what a set leaves out, where an order goes wrong and what it costs through Cosparty. You pick the Taobao listing in English, and we deal with the seller, the purchase and the shipping.

What Bleach Cosplay Exists on Taobao Right Now
Nearly every major look is listed, and sellers split them by version, so one character can show up four different ways. The table is what our search returned on October 1, 2026. Prices are the item price Cosparty displayed that day, before shipping, the service fee and the optional quality check, and they will move.

What we did not find matters as much. Two searches for Kenpachi Zaraki returned other captains and no set of his own, and a search for Ichigo's Hollow mask returned swords. That doesn't prove the listing is missing from Taobao. It means you will need a link or a screenshot, which our guide to finding cosplay with image search covers.

The Soul Reaper Uniform and the Captain's Haori
The standard Soul Reaper uniform, the shihakusho, is six pieces: a white under-kimono, a black kosode, black hakama, a white sash, white tabi socks and waraji straw sandals. Every member of the Gotei 13 starts from it, so one good uniform can become Ichigo, Rukia or Renji with a different wig and a few accessories.
What a shihakusho listing leaves out
Going by the titles we read, footwear and wigs are usually their own purchase. Straw sandals appeared as a separate listing at about $3. A Soi Fon outfit said in its title that the wig was sold separately, and an Ichigo set said the same about the wig and the wooden sword. Read the options before you assume the tabi and the sash are in the bag.
The captain's haori
A captain wears a white haori over the black uniform, with the division number on the back inside the Gotei 13 rhombus. Some haori have long sleeves and some have none, and the lining color changes from captain to captain. That is three places a listing can miss.
On Taobao the number is often an option inside one listing. We saw a captain's robe sold as "1 to 13", with the division chosen from the options. The option you pick is the character.

Lieutenants don't get a haori. They wear a badge with the division insignia, usually on the left arm, and a Nemu set in our results named that badge in its title.
Ichigo Cosplay: Pick the Version Before the Listing
Ichigo Kurosaki has at least four looks on Taobao, and the listing title tells you which one you are buying.
- Soul Reaper: the standard black shihakusho with a strap across the chest, first a thick brown belt and later a red, rosary-like one.
- Bankai: a long-sleeved, ankle-length black coat with red lining, closed at the chest and ragged at the hem.
- Thousand-Year Blood War: the black shihakusho again, with two white plates crossing the chest in an X and a white cloak with black markings tied at the waist.
- Full Hollow: the horned mask. We saw it only as a helmet prop at about $84, not inside a costume set.
The third one was the most common Ichigo in our search, at 25 listings. It follows the Thousand-Year Blood War anime, the adaptation of the manga's final arc. If you want the earlier Bankai coat, make sure the title doesn't name that arc.
Watch the low prices too. Bankai sets were displayed anywhere from $7 to $47 for what the titles describe as the same coat. A search price can belong to the smallest option in a listing, so open the options and find the row for the full set in your size before you compare two listings.
Rukia Cosplay, Orihime and the Arrancar
Rukia is the least expensive lead to build and Orihime the best stocked. Rukia's uniform started at about $12, and Orihime turned up in 31 costume listings.
Rukia Kuchiki
Rukia wears the plain shihakusho, so the character is in the hair: black, shoulder length, with a few strands falling between her eyes. After the time skip she wears a bob, a lieutenant's badge on the left sleeve and fingerless white tekko that reach above the elbow.
Her Bankai, Hakka no Togame, is a white, ankle-length kimono. The one listing we saw for it was titled as an order collection, which means the seller produces it once enough buyers have signed up. Treat that as made to order at best, and ask before you order it against a deadline.
Orihime Inoue
Orihime has two outfits worth sourcing. One is the white dress she is given in Hueco Mundo, cut in the Arrancar style, which about half of her listings were titled as. The other is the Karakura High uniform: gray blazer and skirt, white shirt, red bow tie. In both, the six-petal flower hairpins and the long burnt-orange wig are what make it Orihime.
Ulquiorra, Grimmjow and the Espada
Arrancar wear the Soul Reaper palette inverted: white jacket, black sash, white hakama. Ulquiorra's jacket has a high collar and long coattails. The costume depends on three add-ons: teal lines running down from the eyes, the broken horned half-helmet on the left of his head, and the 4 on the left of his chest. Grimmjow wears his jacket open with the sleeves rolled, and his mask fragment sits on the right jaw.
Listings are titled by Espada number. Ulquiorra's helmet is its own prop at about $64, roughly twice the costume.
Urahara and Yoruichi
Kisuke Urahara was one of the lowest-priced full looks we saw, at $13 to $22. He wears a dark green samue, a black haori with white diamonds along the lower half, the striped bucket hat and geta.
Yoruichi's everyday outfit is an orange over-shirt with two white straps on each shoulder, a wide beige sash and black stretch pants. All but one of her listings sat between $16 and $41.
What Goes Wrong with a Bleach Order
Four things, and each can be caught before you pay.
The search fills with Grim Reapers
Skip the series name. Paste a listing link, or search the character's Chinese name: 日番谷冬狮郎 for Toshiro Hitsugaya, 浦原喜助 for Kisuke Urahara, 朽木露琪亚 for Rukia Kuchiki. In a listing title, the words that confirm the anime are BLEACH, 死霸装 (shihakusho), 番队 (division) and 千年血战 (Thousand-Year Blood War).
The same results carry figures, a Funko Pop and even a wristwatch, so check that the listing is clothing. A pasted link has to be a Taobao or Tmall listing, since those are the only marketplaces we source from.
The version or the division number is wrong
One Toshiro set in our results was titled as a 12th Division uniform. He captains the 10th. That may be a typo in the title or the wrong number on the haori, and the title alone will not tell you. When a listing leaves a question like that open, bring it to our Discord first.
The zanpakuto is metal
Zanpakuto listings split into wooden props and metal alloy ones described as unsharpened. Controlled bladed weapons are something we do not source, so plan on wood, foam or resin. Wooden versions of Sode no Shirayuki and Hyorinmaru were $7 to $16.
A prop sword is legal to ship, though a carrier or a destination country can still refuse it. Conventions run their own checks as well: San Diego Comic-Con, for one, inspects every costume prop daily.
The size cannot be changed later
Chinese charts run one to two sizes smaller than US ones, and a shihakusho hangs to the ankle, so height counts as much as chest. Find the length figure on the chart and hold it against your own. Our Taobao cosplay sizing guide walks through reading one.
Two rules make this the step to slow down on. All sales are final once we start sourcing. And we do not take made-to-measure listings, the kind sewn to your personal measurements, so the chart on a standard-size listing is the whole decision. A sold-out size is the one exception: when that happens after you have paid, the options are your money back in full or a different listing we help you find.
The Landed Cost of a Bleach Cosplay
A single Bleach set lands at about $37 to $134 through Cosparty, going by the prices above. Those two ends are single listings: the $8 basic uniform with $20 shipping, and the $87 Bankai set with $25 shipping. Most sets in the table were displayed at $15 to $50, which lands at about $45 to $91. Four lines make up each total, and you see all four before paying.

- Shipping: flat by parcel size, at $15 small, $20 medium, $25 large and $50+ oversized. The Bleach sets in our search were shown at $20 or $25.

Illustrative math: a $34 set, a flat $25 large-tier shipping, a 15% service fee on the two ($8.85), and a $5 quality check come to about $72.85 landed. That is the "1 to 13" captain's robe from our search, shipped on its own with the check left on.
A full character is rarely one listing. Toshiro, for example, is a captain's set, a white wig and a pair of sandals. Order the three together and you do not pay three shipping fees: the basket is charged its biggest item's base rate once, and the wig and sandals each add a lower, size-based amount.

Bleach Cosplay FAQ
Does a Rukia cosplay or an Orihime cosplay come with the wig?
Sometimes. Six Orihime listings in our October 1 search named the wig and shoes in the title. The Rukia uniforms did not, and her wig was a separate listing at $11 to $13.
Can Cosparty source a zanpakuto such as Zangetsu?
In wood, foam or resin, yes. In metal, no: controlled bladed weapons are off our list, and that is how we treat the alloy zanpakuto that showed up in our search, unsharpened or not.
How much does an Ichigo cosplay cost through Cosparty?
Most Ichigo sets in our search were displayed between $18 and $47. Add $20 or $25 for shipping, 15% on the item and shipping together, and $5 per item unless you switch the quality check off. That puts one set at roughly $49 to $88, with the wig extra.
How long does a Bleach costume take to arrive from Taobao?
